Margaret married David Walter Macqueen Writer to the Signet, Advocate, Edinburgh on 13 Nov 1803 in Midlothian, Edinburgh, Scotland. David was born on 12 Aug 1782 in Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland and died on 8 Oct 1842 in Hobart, Tasmania at age 60.
On 14 January 1823, Walter McQueen arrived in Van Diemen's Land from Scotland, aboard the Brig "Urania". Later in 1823 he was appointed as school master at New Norfolk, Van Diemen's Land. They had five children:

4-Elizabeth Ann Macqueen was born in 1814, was christened on 26 oct 1825 in Hobart, Tasmania, and died on 14 Oct 1891 in Hobart, Tasmania at age 77. Elizabeth married Captain Henry Miller on 10 Aug 1842 at the home of Stephen Coombs, Collins St. Hobart Town. Henry was born in 1777 in Londonderry, Ireland and died on 10 Jan 1866 in 60 Campbell Street, Hobart, Tasmania at age 89. Captain Henry Miller was of the 49th. Regiment. Whilst it was stationed at Moreton Bay (Queensland), he was the Commandant of the Moreton Bay Penal Settlement 1824-1825. He supervised the settlement at Redcliffe (Queensland) and later supervised the settlement at Brisbane Town (Queensland). His story is told here.
They had one son: Ernest George.
5-Captain Ernest George Miller was born on 31 Aug 1849 in Hobart Town, baptised at St David's Church on 29 Sep 149, and died on 31 Mar 1887 in Hobart, Tasmania at age 37.
Margaret next married Henry Gray on 6 Mar 1846 in Hobart, Tasmania. Henry was born in 1806. They had no children.
